Phae Mueang Phi is a site of natural rock formations in the Phi Pan Nam Range, about 8 kilometers northeast of the town of Phrae in Mueang Phrae District, Phrae Province, Thailand. Weathering and erosion have sculpted its soft sedimentary terrain into mushroom shaped rocks and slender pillars across a protected area of about 0.27 square kilometers. Its northern Thai name means ghost town grove, describing how the eroded, sparsely vegetated landscape appears otherworldly rather than referring to any actual haunting.
